This was the first time I ever saw either Saxon Regiment and I was awestruck then as I am now. I still have that issue with the big Gilder Leipzig report in which these appeared. Good work, what ever happened to them? Best wishes JJ
thanks for the update. What models were they? Who were the horses by? I assume there were lots of conversions as usual, but based on what original casting? This still sets the standard for my "take" on this unit, I've often considered commissioning a range based on these, still may! Keep them coming warpaintjj
Hi, the casting are from the Hinchcliff range, the horses are various Hinchcliff's, many conversions, I think they went to the W.H.C. Hope this information helps.
They went to the WHC. Mike Ingham sold them to Nick Farrell (London WHC) as the WHC (Scarborough) moved to Berkshire under Mark Freeth - http://www.wargameshc.com.

Hi JJ I think this unit got sold to Peter Gilder, but I believe that they were sold again but to who I don/t know.
